Our success or failure in life can be traced to the kind of relationships we have or keep at one point or the other in our lives. Eighty percent of our success or joy in life is centered around our relationships and vice versa.

Who do you confide in? Who is your best friend?

Psalm 1:1 tells us some class of people we should not walk with if we want to succeed in life:

1) the ungodly
2) the sinner
3) the scornful

If you keep the wrong relationship and associate with them, you will suffer the same consequence with them because they will make you compromise and end up the wrong way

In the world today, we have so many definitions of love. The picture we get from movies and love stories is that love is all about romance, sex and all that leads to having fun. But is that what happens in real life? Don't we have couples who are in love and all over each other today but seek for a divorce tomorrow, after exchanging marital vows? what happened to the love and romance they once shared? Or wasn't the love they felt -true?

What is true love? does it really exist?

1 John 4 : 7-8 tell us that God is love. That doesn't sound like the definitions we find on our TVs and movies but that is the truth.

God is love and love is God.

What are the attributes of love?
1 Corin 13 : 1-8 give us clues
1) Love is patient
2) It is kind
3) Does not envy
4) it is not boastful
5) Love is not proud
6) It is not rude
7) it is not touchy or irritable
8) It is not selfish
9) It does not keep record of wrongs
10) it forgives
11) It protects, it trusts and it endures
12) it does not demand its own way
13) it does not give up
14) and it does not lose faith

What do men like?

1) Respect

Every man wants to be respected. If you want to enjoy your relationship with your husband, respect and honor him. However, it should not be done out of fear but out of your understanding of him as the head
(Eph 5:33)

2) Good Food:
-----------------
No matter how a man is, he likes good food. A hungry man is an angry man. Isaac blessed Jacob after he ate his food. Make good food for the man, a special venison which after eating, his soul will bless you. Give room for varieties. And good food doesn't cost so much, it only costs more sense.

3) A Prudent wife
-----------------------
Prudence simply means to employ good sense of judgment. Don't be a wasteful wife. Be a wise spender. Money is a medium of exchange but if it lacks prudence, it can become a medium of exchange of blows.
